The views from my room at The Wingate were stunning, offering a peaceful and serene backdrop to start and end my day. One memorable experience was enjoying a relaxing swim in the indoor heated pool after a busy day of exploring the city. The staff's friendly and attentive service made my stay even more pleasant, and I appreciated the thoughtful daily housekeeping service.

My room had a couple of issues, including a non-functional TV and a loose curved shower rod that caused the curtain to slip, resulting in a constantly wet floor.

Modern & good sized room, with a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, and a seating area. Plenty of freshly cooked and satisfactory breakfast options.

No complains at all, the venue met expectation. It was clean, breakfast was fresh made and very good. The hotel room was a nice size with 2 queen beds. I greatly enjoyed that this property offered wake-up service.

The Wingate By Wyndham Richmond Short Pump was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The in-room WiFi was strong, allowing me to stay connected and entertained throughout my visit.

The only minor downside was the heater in the room which wasn't working properly. However, when I reported the issue to the front desk, the staff promptly attended to it.

Satisfactory breakfast to start the day with hot items and also enjoyed.

Beds were very hard.

Clean hotel, pretty friendly team members with female desk clerk. Favourable location in the wonderful area, near Richmond, VA and the electrical outlet.

Breakfast was freshly cooked and very very good, loved the position.

The location was unbeatable for traveling around Richmond, very close to nice restaurants, and many stores, restaurants and services.

During my recent business trip, my director chose Wingate for our stay, and I must say that it was a delightful experience. The leisure options available to guests were impressive, especially the well-equipped gym. It was a great way to de-stress after a long day of meetings and work. Additionally, Wingate by Wyndham featured a hot tub, providing a relaxing option after a busy day. The hot tub was a sanctuary of tranquility, allowing me to unwind and rejuvenate. The amenities truly enhanced my stay, and I appreciated the opportunity to indulge in some leisure time during my trip.

Had a good breakfast, a modern room with an excellent view of the lake. Exceptionally nice location, it was close to eating places, nearby restaurants, and many stores, restaurants and services.

We had the king room provided with extra towels, 2 queen beds, a coffee maker.

I loved using the business center and laundry facilities. The hot tub was a great way to relax after working out in the fitness center. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! So much to do nearby, including shopping and visiting local restaurants.

The only downside was that the bed was as comfortable as sleeping on a stack of rocks.
